Personalized Coaching

Participate from anywhere in the world.  Coaching is delivered via phone/email at times that are convenient for you.

Your program includes:

  • Strategic planning for food, fitness, lifestyle habits
  • Coaching to evolve your plan and troubleshoot obstacles
  • Online tracking of key measures for weight, strength & health.
  • Meal plans, shopping lists and recipes (if desired).
  • Text/email support to answer questions and hold you accountable

Your program also includes:

  • Guidance to request blood tests (before and after) to track risk for disease and to inform adjustments to your plan.
  • Support to research treatments, therapies and remedies for nagging symptoms (if you have them) and to effectively engage with your doctors about your treatment plan.

In other words, I provide whatever support is needed (within my scope of practice) for you to achieve your health and weight goals.

How Much Weight Do You Need To Lose?

If you are willing to make changes, it’s very common to:

  • Lose 8+ pounds in 30 days
  • Lose 25+ pounds in 4 months
  • Lose 40+ pounds in 6 months

  • Feel better and better, while improve your health
  • Know you can sustain your success.

Here’s the tracking sheet of a middle-aged male client who had let his health go as a busy professional and father of 3 children.  He reached his goal weight in 23 weeks (57 pounds lost), while enjoying a full “treat day” (eating whatever he wanted) once per week and working out only 60-90 minutes PER WEEK. He even took a 1 week vacation to Costa Rica with his family.

Of course, results vary from man to man.  Every client has unique metabolism and responds differently to each diet and exercise program.  Every client has a different level of willingness and different life constraints that can slow progress. Together, we will craft and evolve a plan that works for your body and your life.  Most importantly, you will be healthier and healthier, feeling good, and on track with confidence that you can and will reach your ideal weight range.

What About Health Markers?

If you want to optimize biomarkers (e.g. cholesterol, blood sugar, blood pressure, CRP, etc.) to reduce your risk for heart disease and diabetes in measurable ways…

  • have your latest blood test results ready to share (or make plans to get blood work as soon as possible), and…
  • plan to get blood work in the second half (5th or 11th month) of your program.

Does Everyone Get Results?

Unfortunately, not every client loses all the weight he wants to or achieves the optimal ranges for health in their blood work.  In some cases, there are underlying issues (e.g. hormonal, infectious, metabolic) that must be addressed with the help of a functional medical doctor.  Even in these cases, working with me supports the client to establish the foundation of healthy habits with food, fitness and lifestyle that are absolutely essential to take advantage of therapies that aim to resolve those underlying issues.  This is work they would have to do anyway.  So, my promise and guarantee is that you will make significant progress in your health and wellness journey.  And, most clients do see the weight loss they desire.

What’s The Investment?

Do you want to create a foundation of health and fitness for the rest of your life?  Are you ready to move beyond weight and health struggles? If you are committed, then I’m your coach.

Here’s the investment for personalized coaching:

  • 4-month program      $400/month     or     $1500 in full (save $100)
  • 8-month program     $350/month    or     $2500 in full (save $300+)

Once your initial program is complete, if you’d like ongoing accountability and/or coaching, we’ll customize a maintenance program for you to ensure you reach your final goal and sustain your results through every season of the year.

You can pay with check or credit card.  I do not currently accept insurance.  Some clients have been able to reimburse themselves from a Health Savings Account.
